Puppies will have their first vaccinations, have been dewormed and are microchipped. We socialize the puppies and introduce them to a variety of sounds and stimuli. They are handled and weighed daily to make sure no one is being left behind. The puppies are also introduced to feathers at an early age.
We have several litters planned for 2026. They are as follows:
Krautkramer Gold Star SH (Star) has been bred to our HRCH Krautkramer’s Ruger Red MH (Ruger). Star is a very good looking yellow labrador with a red tint and beautiful amber eyes. She LOVES attention and will sit and let me scratch her chin for an hour (if I wanted to do it that long). When bred to Ruger, Star has been putting out some very pretty red lab puppies. I’ve been hearing reports of her pups being great family dogs and excellent natural hunters. We expect Star to have puppies around the end of May 2026, which means her puppies will be ready to go home mid to late July 2026.
Krautkramer Cent-Sible Red Penny (Penny) has been bred to BDC 19′ DOY WCx2 SMx5 HRCH The Blast’s Red Ryder MH (Cowboy). Penny is a gorgeous dark red labrador. She is a third generation Krautkramer dog. Annie is her GrandDam and Blaze is her Dam. Ruger is her Sire. Penny comes from a long line of quality dogs and has a strong pedigree. She has a sweet personality and great eye contact. We expect Star to have puppies around the end of May 2026, which means her puppies will be ready to go home mid to late July 2026.
Krautkramer Rosie Red (Rosie) has been bred to HRCH Krautkramer’s Ruger Red MH (Ruger). Rosie is a third generation Krautkramer dog. Her Sire is 2xNFC 2xNFTCH TruLine’s Just Floyd and her dam is our HRCH Krautkramer Blaze Red MH (Blaze). Rosie is a very talented dog, super sweet, has a great off switch. She is able to be independent and think on her own, but yet loves attention. We expect Rosie to have puppies around the end of May 2026, which will mean her puppies would be ready to go home around the end of July 2026.
Krautkramer Ember Red MH (Ember) will be bred to our HRCH Krautkramer’s Ruger Red MH (Ruger). Ember is a very birdie girl with a lot of drive. She is light red in color. She has an outstanding pedigree. She is a third generation Krautkramer dog. Annie is her GrandDam and Blaze is her Dam. Her Sire is 2xNFC 2xNFTCH TruLine’s Just Floyd. Ember’s last litter was a mixture of dark red and light red puppies. We are expecting very talented pups from this pairing as Ruger’s and Ember’s personalities should be a good combination. We expect this litter to be ready to go home around the end of August 2026.
Krautkramer Maggie Lou (Maggie) will be bred to our HRCH Krautkramer’s Ruger Red MH (Ruger). Maggie is such a sweet girl. She loves people and loves attention. Maggie is also very birdy for those people looking for a family pet/hunting dog. She has a nice off switch. I’m getting feedback from previous puppy buyers that her puppies are very intelligent and easy to train. We’ve also gotten feedback and videos of her pups pointing. We expect Maggie and Ruger’s puppies to be ready to go home around mid-October 2026.
HRCH Krautkramer Blaze Red MH (Blaze) will be bred to our HRCH Krautkramer’s Ruger Red MH (Ruger). Blaze is a very talented dog with a lot of drive, yet has a nice off switch. She is very birdy. This is a repeat breeding. We are expecting great things from this litter. Blaze should be in heat in June so we would expect a due date for this litter in August 2026 which means puppies should be able to go home in October 2026.
Krautkramer Savage Red (Savage) will be bred to our HRCH Krautkramer’s Ruger Red MH (Ruger). Savage is a gorgeous dark red female with a lean American Labrador build. She is very fast and has a lot of energy, yet also has a good off switch. She has great eye contact like her Dam, Krautkramer Black Ice’s Crimson Tide (Bama). We expect Savage to be in heat in June so we would expect a due date for this litter in August 2026 which means puppies should be able to go home in October 2026.
Krautkramer Brandi is a stunning red labrador. Her stud dog is yet to be determined. She is the daughter of 4xGMPR Cornstalker’s Peacemaker Shiloh and 4xGMPR Calibers Atta Boy Crew MH. Brandi is currently with her pro trainer (Dale Swiderski) working to get her 4XGMPR title. This is what Dale had to say about Brandi. “Temperament is wonderful, not a single issue. Kinda dog you want as a pet, around kids and around other dogs. Not a neurotic barker nor neurotic in other categories. Slow to mature but smart and talented. Great nose great point. Good perseverance to stick out hunts when she gets ‘nosey’ on her marks. Good dog learning on a consistent scale.” We are excited to see how far Brandi goes with her training and will be excited to get her back home and take her hunting. Brandi is expected to come in heat in July 2026, which would make her expected due date in September 2026 and puppies going home in November 2026.
Krautkramer Lady in Red (Lady) is a beautiful girl with a super soft dark red coat and a great off switch. I love her personality. She is always eager to work, is excellent in the water and clean in her kennel. Lady is a Ruger puppy. Her stud dog has not yet been determined. She is currently with her trainer working on getting her Master Hunter title. We expect Lady to come in heat in August, which means her expected due date would be in October and the puppies would be ready to go home in December 2026.
For all the dogs that have not yet been bred, the expected due dates and go home dates are an estimate as, of course, I have no control over when they will come in heat.
